If you have completed your 10th, 12th or an ITI course and are looking for a manufacturing job in India, Apollo Tyres is worth targeting. The company hires steadily for entry-level and technical roles at its plants, and many positions are open to freshers. This article explains the recruitment process, eligibility, pay and the practical steps to land a role.
About Apollo Tyres
Apollo Tyres Ltd is a leading Indian multinational tyre manufacturer, headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. The company produces tyres for cars, trucks, buses, two-wheelers and farm vehicles, and operates modern manufacturing plants in several Indian states. Because it is large and active across the country, Apollo Tyres needs a steady stream of workers — from helpers and machine operators to ITI technicians and warehouse staff. Demand is strongest for reliable, hard-working candidates ready to learn, follow instructions and work safely, which makes it a strong option for freshers and 10th/12th/ITI pass job seekers.
Popular Job Roles
Common openings at Apollo Tyres include:
- Helper and general plant staff
- Production and machine operators
- ITI technicians (fitter, electrician, machinist)
- Warehouse and parts-packing staff
- Quality inspection assistants
- Support and trainee roles for freshers
Eligibility: 10th, 12th and ITI Candidates
One reason Apollo Tyres roles are so popular is that many are open to candidates with basic qualifications. Helper and general roles usually require a 10th or 12th pass certificate, while technical positions call for a relevant ITI trade such as fitter, electrician or machinist. A minimum age with valid ID proof, physical fitness and a willingness to work in rotating shifts are typically expected. Freshers are welcome for many entry-level roles, and having your mark sheets, ITI certificate and ID organised in advance makes your application far stronger and quicker to process.

Because company jobs are in high demand, fraudsters sometimes pose as recruiters. Remember that genuine employers like Apollo Tyres and their authorised partners never ask candidates to pay money for a job, a “confirmation” or “training” fees. Never share sensitive personal or bank details with unverified contacts, and be cautious of offers that arrive out of nowhere and demand urgent payment. If an offer seems too good to be true or asks for money, treat it as a warning sign and verify through official channels before proceeding.

How Your Salary Can Grow Over Time
One of the attractions of a manufacturing career at Apollo Tyres is that pay tends to rise as you gain skill and experience. Many workers start in entry-level roles and, by performing well and learning the equipment, move into operator, technician or supervisory positions with higher salaries. Overtime, shift allowances and performance can add to your monthly earnings in some roles. The key is to treat your starting salary as a beginning rather than a ceiling: build your skills, collect any certificates you can, and demonstrate reliability. Over months and years, this steady progress often leads to meaningful increases in what you earn.
Preparing for a Career in Manufacturing
A role at Apollo Tyres is a chance to build practical experience and skills that stay valuable throughout your working life. Manufacturing rewards people who are reliable, safety-conscious and willing to learn, and these habits — showing up on time, following procedures carefully and taking pride in good work — are exactly what lead to promotions and better pay over time. If you are new to factory work, approach it with an open mind and a readiness to adapt; the first few weeks are always the hardest, and they get easier quickly. Keep your documents organised, stay in touch with official recruitment updates, and apply consistently rather than giving up after a single setback. Just as importantly, protect yourself from fraud by dealing only with verified sources and never paying for a job. With patience, preparation and a positive attitude, a role at Apollo Tyres can grow into a stable, rewarding career that supports you and your family for years to come.
A Realistic Path to a Stable Job
It is easy to feel discouraged when searching for work, but a role at an established company like Apollo Tyres is a realistic goal for committed candidates who prepare well. The job market rewards persistence and organisation more than luck. Start by getting your documents in order and identifying the roles that genuinely match your qualifications, whether that is a 10th or 12th pass helper position, an ITI technical role, a production operator job or a warehouse and packing role. Apply through official channels, present yourself as reliable and eager to learn, and follow up promptly on any response. Treat each application as practice: if one does not work out, refine your resume and interview approach and try again. Many people who now hold steady jobs faced rejection first and succeeded only because they kept improving and kept going. Combine this persistence with basic caution — never pay for a job and never share bank details with unverified contacts — and you protect both your prospects and your safety. Set aside regular time for your search, keep a simple record of where you have applied, and act quickly when a suitable vacancy appears. With a clear plan, honest effort and a steady, determined mindset, a rewarding role at Apollo Tyres and a stable career built on it are well within reach.
Final Word for Job Seekers
For anyone looking to build a stable career in manufacturing, Apollo Tyres offers a real opportunity, particularly for freshers and 10th, 12th and ITI pass candidates ready to work hard and learn. Prepare your documents, apply through official channels only, present yourself honestly and professionally, and stay alert to scams. Do not be discouraged by an occasional rejection — treat each application as practice and keep improving. With persistence and the right approach, a role at Apollo Tyres can be the first solid step toward a secure and rewarding future.
